Buy-in: $9,900
Buy-in cost includes a 1/10th ownership share in our sleek and fast Mooney M20E! Memberships may be sold to waitlist pilots or other board-approved buyers at market rates.
Monthly Dues: $112
Monthly dues will cover the cost of tax filings, Insurance reserves for the following year, Annual Inspection, Tiedown space at S50, and Software, Website and other soft costs.
Hourly Usage Fee (dry): $31
The hourly usage fee includes the direct cost of flying the aircraft, including regular oil changes and consumption, and general maintenance reserves. Members will be assessed $29 per hour for future engine overhaul due at the time of sale of member's shares or overhaul, whichever comes first.
